Khalistan

Description Creation of Khalistan is a Utopian thought as the Sikhs themselves are not unanimous about the desirability of the creation of such a sovereign state for the Sikhs. Nevertheless, the volume written in 1986, following the state repression on the Sikhs in India, presents a vague outline of such a dispensation. Neither its authorship is not known nor is its ideological basis clears. At best, it is an expression of Sikh anger and frustration[edit]
