Duggar Ka Itihaas
|
Description |
This book is a chronicle of the Northern region now mainly Jammu area of India inhabited mainly by Dogra caste of Indians. The account is not a book of history of Dogras in the strictly historical sense but a narration of the chronological episodes from the lives of Dogra kings of the past. The author has deliberately written this account in the story-telling manner and in the easiest to follow Hindi diction for the benefit of ordinary readers. Thus the reader feels rewarded by getting aware of both the history of this region as well as the profiles, fancies and achievements of Dogra Kings. It also provides a glimpse into the cultural heritage of Dogra region and Dogra people[edit]
