Mughal Sikh Relation

Description Sikh turned into an organized religion with the creation of the Khalsa in 1699. Since then, it had to confront a mighty and tyrannical and bigoted Moghul rule for its survival. This volume deals with the checkered Moghul - Sikh relations of the trouble times from mid seventeenth to early eighteenth century. It is a period of extreme repression of the Sikhs and their inexhaustible resistance and resilience. The research dissertation is well-documented, analytical and draws appropriate inferences[edit]
