This is a commentary on the sacred verse "Jaap Sahib". It is written in a very complicated Braj Bhasha which is described as "Lok Bhasha". It is written in verse. The commentary is as difficult to read and understand as the original text of "Jaap Sahib". The author has used all kinds of poetic devices and a variety of verse forms. The later part shifts to prose and tries to explain difficult words of the original text. It seems to be the work of some Udassi saints as the diction is highly sanskritised.[edit]
