This document prepared by the leading Sikh intellectuals and eminent Sikh legal luminaries contains the summary of Sikh grievances and continued injustice and atrocities perpetrated on the Sikhs of Punjab by the successive governments of India since 1947 till the last decade of twentieth century. It enlists the anguish and pain of the Sikh at the piecemeal and arbitrary reorganization of state in 1966, unequal division of Punjab river waters, misinterpretation of Anandpur Sahib Resolution, and denial of justice to the Sikhs in matters of their fundamental religious freedom, territorial issues and suppression of the Sikhs.
