How India Disregards Its Courts

Description This case study brings out the blatant violation of the judicial judgment of the Honourable Judge of the State High Court both by the union government of India as well as state Government of Punjab. This fact is borne out by the non-production of a detente in the high court on the stipulated date by the state and union government. It clearly reveals how the human rights of its citizens of India are violated by its own government and its law and order maintaining departments and agencies. It is indeed incredible that such human rights violations take place in a free democratic country governed by a written constitution and managed by an upright Judiciary.[edit]
