Description It is a historical survey of India between 1706 to 1783 AD Containing the reign of seven Mughal emperors of India especially the last two rulers of Bengal and Oudh namely Seeraj-ud-Daula and Shudjah-ud-Daulah. It also makes a critical assessment of the British Government and their policy towards India. The author claims to have written an eye-witness account of the major events during this period. [edit]
