Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji steek

Description "Adi Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Steek" is a book of commentary on Guru Granth Sahib which was written under the patronage of Maharaja of Faridkot. It is considered one of the authentic commentaries on Guru Granth Sahib and one of the oldest commentaries. Commentary is written in Gurmukhi script , but it used the diction used by ancient Sikh saints known a sadh-bhasha. The commentary, initially was written by Giani Badan Singh Sekhwan but it was scrutinized and finalized by a panel of eight Sikh scholars headed by Mahant Sumer Singh of Patna. The language Dept. Punjab has published the third edition of this commentary now.[edit]
