Title Guru Darshan
Description The book's title seems somewhat at variance with its title since it dwells more on the teachings and philosophy of the Sikh Gurus rather than on their biographical lives. The author his tried to highlight the philosophic vision of the Sikh Gurus on some of the basic human feelings, beliefs, joys and fears and tried to streamline human thinking on the basis of Sikh Guru's teachings. Subjective human egoistic urges have been given a Gurmat chiseling in order to make it more based and more humane unbridle pride is sought to moderated through the induction of humility, human lust has been monitored through its channelization with a single male-female relationship. Effort has been made that Guru's teachings provide a holistic solution to all the human psychic, mental and even physical and biological urges and lays down a wholesome roadman which leads to human welfare, peace and spiritual emancipation the whole topic could be dealt with in a better way by directly projecting the Sikh philosophy and its major assertions.
