Title Dasam Granth Da Kartritav
Description This research dissertation on the "Dasam Granth" is an analytical and thought provoking study of this ancient work. This study is based on the detailed study of various manuscripts, the Puranic Sanskrit literature and comparison of several similarities and differences of the two texts as well the study of as almost all the books on "Dasam Granth" earlier. Without taking any sides with any of the two existing schools of thought about the genuineness and authenticity of this work, and forming his opinion purely on scientific investigation and discrimination, the scholar has concluded that the contents of the Puranic chapters of the Dasam Granth do not accord with the ideas and personality of Guru Gobind Singh and that these are the compositors of the Darbari poets like Ram and Syam. The thesis displays marks of patient, unbiased study, careful sifting of evidence, objective deductions and mature judgment.
